Just want to have the family and friends of Susie know how much I respected her! I had the privilege of working with her for several years at UW-Stout. Energetic person! I will remember her tenacity; and her good humor.
Remember Susie! Thank you!
Susie, you are an amazing, kind, caring, influential woman. Thank you for inspiring me to be a better person, by helping me realize my potential and my strengths. I celebrate your life and pray you carry on in the hearts of your family and children. You positively changed the lives of so many. Thank you.
Susie... What an amazing woman who taught me Vocational Rehabilitation and how to be a kind person... She was there through my struggles and helped me manage them. Susie was one of my biggest cheerleaders and she gave me RAVE references. Susie was a woman who loved her family and her work... AND us students LOVED her! Thank You Susie for everything you gave us!
I only knew her through her sister-in-law and my classmate, the late Nancy Eberhard. She has suffered so much loss in her young life with a sister in law, a nephew, and a son. May she be pain-free and in peace in heaven.
Suzie was my friend and colleague at Stout. I was one of the first people she told that she had cancer. I know that her faith was strong and her love of family and friend enduring. She will be missed beyond what I can express in mere words. She had a sparkle in her eyes whenever she talked about her family, her work, her friends. Her zest for life was infectious. I am so sad that she passed. My heart aches. I do know that she would tell me to smile and move forward and do good in the world. AG
Susie had this spark of life that is rare. We met only briefly on this earthly journey but I am guessing we will be soul sisters for eternity. Dear Susie, your battle is over. Now you can RIP. We are so blessed to have had you in our lives. Condolences to Kent & Veronica, Ginny, Louise and the rest of the family. Know you are surrounded in peace & love. In sympathy, Sue Klaseus, Minneapolis
Susie was a cherished blessing to me. I cry at her passing but laugh and smile at my memories of her and all the hopefulness and wonder she brought to so many during her time with us. Thank you God for allowing me to experience her goodness.
